These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Circle, operated by Orrery Labs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using My Circle, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use My Circle. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
You agree not to use My Circle to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of any content you post on My Circle, including your bio, messages, and profile information. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated content.
My Circle is designed to help you find real friendships. While we do our best to create a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users. Please exercise the same caution you would in any social situation. If you encounter behaviour that makes you uncomfortable, please report it to us at safety@getmycircle.app.
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with My Circle are owned by Orrery Labs Ltd. You may not use our brand, logo, or content without our written permission.
My Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find friends, that matches will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orrery Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of My Circle, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Profile → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of My Circle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
